Prepping over Two Months of Centers at ONE TIME

This is not an exaggeration, guys. I sat down for one hour on a Saturday, and I got ALL of my writing projects/centers for the rest of the year printed/cut/sorted/ready to GO.

Disclaimer: we have TAs and parent volunteers who graciously run copies for us tired teachers, so when I say I got it allll done, I really mean I printed the things I wanted in color, and printed masters of everything else. I stored it all in plastic gallon bags, so I can easily grab all of the materials needed and slap a sticky note on the front with copying directions!

If you have seen my Vlog about my writing center set up, you know how I put these out in the room: 3 options for the kids to choose from at a time, and everything stays out for 1-2 months. That means that 5-6 centers are really all I need to get through the rest of the year, especially when you consider how absolutely BONKERS every second of May is. Our routine will be interrupted so often, the average center has a longer shelf-life.

Below is the video of me describing what I prepped and how I plan to organize it, and then KEEP SCROLLING to find links to everythinnnggg in this video. If you have any questions, or want to know anything else, please feel free to Contact Me! I love meeting new teacher friends!
