Introducing a new addition to The Simple Classroom: Digital Writing Projects! The same writing projects that are printable in my store, but now uploaded as digital files to make distance lesson planning a little simpler.

Here’s how they work:

When you purchase, you receive a PDF with one link to the digital file.
Clicking this link will reroute you to make a copy of the project to your drive. Share this same link with the students when you send the project to them, so they each can make a copy in their own drives! Otherwise, everyone will be typing in the same file, erasing each other’s work.
Many of the printable pages are uploaded as-is into Google Slides, but text boxes have been inserted for students to draft their writing on all planning and drafting pages.
The ‘scribble’ tool can be used to draw checks on the editing and publishing to-do lists, so students can keep track of their revising and publishing process
Conferencing sticky notes and rubrics have been change to a digital format, so teachers can easily insert feedback directly onto digital projects, and send graded rubrics back to students
